The death toll due to heavy rains and floods in Hyderabad and other parts of Telangana has risen to 70. Delhi has come forward to help the badly affected Telangana. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Tuesday that his government will give 15 crore help to Telangana.
